Mid-range one hander for instances?

Hey gang...so, I'm 32 right now and lvling up, but was curious if you would have suggestions for one-handers that would helpful in instancing in the 30's 40's and 50's. Any suggestions would be great! Ya'll are awesome!

I'll check the Armory or wowhead momentarily, there was a quest sword around that level that I recall liking quite a bit.

Sword of Serenity from SM Quest is really great, both for tanking and grinding.
I dual-wielded that along with Vanquisher Sword from RFD quest.
You would use them from late 3Xs till late 4Xs where any green handle the same stats.

Jang'thraze and Sang'thraze from Zul'farrak are very good as well, and if you manage to get both you can exchange for the awesome-looking Sul'thraze :P
Hand of Antu'sul is very slow, but it has a lil'thunderfury proc that can help a bit with tanking, and at those lvls it doesnt really mind if you have a fast weapon or not, you can usually tank with 2handers -_-
Edit: You would use theses till early 5Xs

Its actually a thunderclap proc not a thunderfury, and it will break cc in insatnaces you need to be carefull with the hand of antu'sul >< i know this.

Thrash Blade as soon as you can get it

I swear by that thing, but I was also sword spec at the time

I used that untill I repalced it will Blood Lords Defender for both DPS and Tanking
