New parry rating conversion

Hey Ciderhelm.

Maybe you remember me, I've made a few responses to your posts here and there on the WoW forums.

So anyway, I'm not sure if you read the new patch notes or not but one change was: The amount of parry rating needed to get 1% parry has been reduced by 25%.

So, the new amount of parry rating needed for 1% to parry should be 23.625 (correct me if my math is wrong).
