It's worth more than every other stat if you aren't. You should also go for 8 points in the prot tree for incite. Heroic strike should be a major part of your damage in ICC.

Get cryptmaker, you're not even hitcapped... And yes as arms you only need 90% arp to get capped. Always use flask of endless rage as well, undercapped or not.
Mocking blow, and you've got enough time. I usually start with shockwave though, because it can't be dodged/parried.

11/12 heroic 25 on farm yes.
Basically I'm asking for a BiS list that doesn't include heroic tier or the Lich King heroic weapon...
Expertise below 26 will, and less hit will make you miss vital taunts, think Saurfang, Putricide, Festergut, Lich King.

The 600 hit overcap is basically the reason. Also blue gear and no/low quality enchants don't really help as well.
Heroic Throw left or right one, thunderclap to pick both others up. After that shockwave, etc. But in heroic I just stand out of LoS where LDW stands and everything gets MDd to me.
I don't have those, I'm speaking about 277 ICC gear. And I'd prefer anything over parry, especially expertise/hit.
I just joined a guild (as a warrior tank) and I'm wondering if I should go for the 277 offset pieces or stick to my 264 sanctified set bonus? I have (for the time being) no chance at getting any...
