We have this problem in my coregroup in firelands weekly..it attacks at random ad everyone of us is rocking comps that sustain 60fps...we just assume we have terrible karma w blizzard
Usually you will only get about 20-30 stacks per shard, esp because the mechanic requires u to spam direct heals. I dont think ull b reaching 90 stacks because ive never seen our healers over 150 on...

We try to (emphasis on try) tank the frags near his legs so rdps aoe can affect them as well and slows can easily be laid down since the dps r already pointed in that general direction.
Got a question for tanks on ground level concerning spinners. Obviously the initial set of spinners are easily manageable, but the 2nd/3rd set of spinners do tanks find themselves target taunting...
