I found that after phase two when the boss first spawns the ball that Psychic Drain isn't being called out by DBM.
It causes a huge amount of damage.
I was able to time AMS pretty well as a DK....
I think it's actually a two-fold problem.
I think the model of the ball doesn't match the actual radius of the bounce effect.
Along with the ball being buggy in general :)
Not sure if anyone else are having issues similar to ours but we had all kinds of bugs on this fight.
One time we had the Boss facing towards the raid, and when he did void of unmaking where he...
If either tank taunts to often within a certain amount of time all taunts will be locked down. So if your taunting more than once during your turn to tank you will fu*k the other tank over.
I'm not sure if you play a Frost Deathknight Inaara but I would never recommend that glyph choice. It seems like your giving recommendations like he was playing Blood or Unholy which heavily rely on...
I don't have alot of time so I will try to answer your question as best I can.
Generally you should be able to pull with howling blast, and go into your rotation or throw some blood boils to get...
Yeah those two trinkets are much better choices for most battles, a good tank will switch things up based on fights though. So on a fight like festergut where you know you will be going under 35% on...
1) Move two points out of Epidemic and move over to Scent of Blood
2) Use single disease rotation with Howling Blast Glyph on AoE Mobs
3) Discard glyph of disease for Glyph of Runestrike (Threat)...
Stat wise it seems you are doing things right, hit is decent and your expertise is at 26 which is perfect.
Your weapons are both slow which is ideal.
You should be able to easily tank that...
I play a disc priest as my main and my little alt I'm leveling up who is currently in her 30's.
Shields allow rage, and energy to be built up just as if the shield wasn't present and if the Disc...
I just read your post and your basically the same exact thought as mine. Deathchill HB with the glyph is a must for jumpy dps.
I don't blood boil as much as you do, but in o shit situations I lay...
I found that putting one point in Deathchill and pulling with a Howling Blast (Deathchilled) usually helps. For big AoE pulls I only use one disease rotation and if I think that Howling Blast won't...
I hadn't thought of defense providing that much avoidance but if you actually do the math.
26 defense skill = 1.04% to each (dodge, parry, miss) which would net 3.12% total
I'll definitely be...
I had the def and stamina runeforge on both weapons up until recently but I was running around 560-570 defense. I removed them both and went down to 540 defense and only lost 600-800 unbuffed hp.
...
If your talking about the Cataclysmic Chestguard thats what I'm looking at next instead of Tier Peices. The lack of expertise on most ICC gear is becoming an issue where I find myself gemming...
Few notes:
I have the Corpse Tongue Coin which I switch out with the Glyph of Indomitability for certain fights where I know I will be taking alot of damage and possibly go under 30% more than...
My guild has decided because healers seem to be easier to come by as of late they would like my DK to step up and be my new main character.
We are starting to progress through ICC 25 content and...
You have a link by chance with the list of bosses that do parry-haste in ICC?
I found a site that is saying the following:
Lord Marrowgar – Parry Haste Disabled
Lady Deathwhisper -
Gunship...
I just found somewhere else that a paladin was saying the following:
You get 6 from the prot tree, and another 10 from the glyph, so a total of 16.
If this is true, and if my guild paladin tank...
I understand that and thats what I assumed.
My real question is the following:
All tanks should have a minimum of 26 expertise whether they are using DW or Two Handed weapon right?
One of our guild main tanks who does a very good job overall but only has 11 expertise.
He is a paladin.
I am a DW Deathknight and I know the important of expertise and usually run with 29...
Kurtosis is absolutely right.
DW Frost requires alot of hit and expertise to work well. If you don't have those your threat, and health will be low and your incoming damage will be high.
Run...
I have never had problem with single target threat, but ramping up threat on multiple targets can be tough when the DPS is jumpy and get some big hits.
What do you think the effects of changing...
Thanks Cabar, I appreciate it. Time to save that link :)
