Get 540 first off. Then stack Stam and Armor. Try to get close to the 26 exp soft cap. Don't worry so much about hit, what you get with gear will be enough.

You should have dual spec, it's only 1k. That way you can farm badges as DPS until you feel comfortable tanking.
Oh, and that onyxia trinket is garbage, replace it with glyph for a good chunk of extra armor. I'm not a fan of the corpse tongue trinket, but that's your call. Your offhand weapon is also too slow....
