Simply put, you need better PVE gear in order to do better DPS in a PVE environemment. Your gear it's pretty bad, you have a couple of non-gemmed, non-enchanted pieces of gear and you should switch...

there will be no gain u will even loose in performance as Windows 7 x64 needs much more then 4gigs of ram to smoothly run games and all. Stay on WinXp for the moment.
