What I do is stand in front of the middle spot and heroic throw as soon as possible on the right while taunting the left. Heroic Throw should be ready by the next set of adds if not 1 second or so...

Try disabling Snowfall for a night and see how that works out.
I've accidentally enabled it a couple times, since I pvp on other toons, and I know when it's enabled by how much threat I'm losing....
