Cant you just calculate how much armor reduct % the trinket gives and how that comes out in effective health? and then compare that too the HP the brewfest trinket gives?

Everyone feels squishy @ marrowgar when they start tanking icc25 the first time.
I noticed you have very little armor tho so i'd suggest maybe getting some off-set armor boost pieces.

basicly with a bloodlust at start you have a full 30 seconds to focus on the boss without people being on the adds. If your healers can take his enrage then bloodlusting @ start of event is the best...
I dont get it? A part of this game and your development as a tank is pickup up gear and gearing up. Becoming defense capped is part of that imo. Why are they making everything so gay easy?
Warriors keep fine AOE aggro on multiple mobs, its just that prot pala's have that little bit more aoe aggro that gives us the feeling were losing threat but that is actually threat we do not need.

tbh i do not believe this. Zerg with 8 people and that dps is impossible.
Keep the gauntlets of the kraken, get your blacksmithing up, teh gauntlets are really way better :P.
I would suggest the following changes:
-18 stamina on shield
-Blood Draining on weapon
-30stam 15 resil on shoulders
-225 armor on cloak and just gem a +30 stam in there
-275HP on chest
-18...
