The crit block difference wasn't all that huge between reg and raid bosses, .23% difference. I do appreciate the provided macro though.
Something I'm wondering, the proc from "Hold the Line" is it additive or multiplicative? I've got a few macros to tell me my crit block % and some other things. Including the macros in case anyone is...
For clarification, I'm not leveling up. I meant from the standpoint of a 359+ geared warrior (it's my offspec so some pieces won't be of the BiS variety.)
Trying to get some insight on this as far as which would be better for this content patch. The T12 bonus leans towards TG because of RB. But I'm wondering if I wouldn't get a nice little dps increase...
Unless they added the magic dispel back onto shield slam, it can't be dispelled by a warrior.
Being unhittable pretty much went out the window with the block changes. Since you can no longer fully block a hit, and block ends up just negating 30% of the hit or 60% of the hit if you're lucky...
To the poster talking about the dk tank with 47k in the twilight realm with all buffs possible on him. I gotta say, he needs way more hp to even consider tanking 25 halion in either realm. I can't...
I had a problem with the two set bonus as well, why would I want to switch that out if I'm losing 15% damage on not just shield slam, but a 20% buff to shockwave as well. Yeah, I'm pretty such that...
I was looking at MMO and I saw that they had the set bonuses listed for the new tier of gear. I know that they are still in the works right now, but they are rather dull. When comparing the t10 prot...
Does the improved defensive stance for a warrior (6% magic damage reduction) effect the blood mirror, I'm thinking it would.
You're going to lose aggro to the dps who is way more geared than you, it happens. One thing I can suggest is the Threat Plates and Tidy Plates mod. Those tools make tanking much easier and seeing...
If it wasn't risking the loss of other raid dps or healers that happen to be in the line of fire for cleaves/breath/nasty frontal damage, I would let the boss (or whatever you taunted) kill you. You...
Just think it's silly that it's based on spell hit, from the warrior perspective. Seeing that all of my damage is physical, I shouldn't be punished for not being at the spell hit cap.
In our defense they fired on us first (take some time to watch the ships patrol around icecrown, then when they get close to each other see who makes the first strike.)
If you look at what it says on the tooltip for the 4pc thing, it lasts until canceled. So basically either you can click off the buff it gives after popping bloodrage or go get hit for the amount of...
I've done heroics and raids from each perspective. If dps complained that they died on a pull, and I'm tanking...it usually means they hit it first (unless it's a well geared dps that when they pull...
Just wondering if they'll keep improved blood presence for Cata, that allows you to get the benefits of blood presence (as far as the healing aspect) in frost presence if I'm not mistaken. Sure it's...
So are they ever going to make paladin blessings 30/60 minute durations instead of 10/30? I never understood why that was not changed.
Yeah, I had honestly forgotten that sunder itself did a buttload of threat, guess I was just hoping that they'd give us some sort of aggro dump.
I want a trinket like the one off of 25 saurfang...change me into some cool beast. I like the damage absorb on the skeleton key, but it seems like it should be a % absorb instead of a flat number....
I'm thinking that it will do a stun to the target of it and a daze effect to the rest of the group. They're pretty much just copying the barbarian mechanic from diablo 2, leap over yonder, do damage...
Just ask yourself this, would you prefer a stat that sometimes works against attacks (an avoidance) or a stat that is always there for you (stam and armor). I don't think tanks should have to play...
you have feral talents that boost your crit, weapon skill has nothing to do with it as a druid
How often do you throw in blood tap or blood boil in your aoe rotations? Blood spec gives blood boil more bite than the other specs have, so it'll produce a lot of aoe threat. Also try using blood...
