Not sure how this will effect your guide in terms of the stance dancing, but if you go from Battle to Beserker (or vice versa for fury for whatever reason) you will loose any stacks of the 4P bonus...
Just hit a dummy a bit as Fury, and changing from Beserker to Battle scrubs the RB 3% buff, so one can only assume the same applies the other way around.
