Well from what i see , EXP capped / Hit Capped / Decent crit/ap ...
going from STR to ARP might add 100dps so thats not the matter.
Describe your rotation ?
Spec wise , why not have the 5%...
Going full ARP or full STR depends on distance from ARP cap really , try using Landsoul's spreadsheet
I'm at work and just had a quick look.
My advice : you have 32Exp , you need 26.
Take all your expertise gems away.
In red sockets go 20ArP
Yellow sockets go 10Str10Crit
Your hit is fine...
