Mastery have been the stat i have reforged into when ever i could, hence i got 50% block. I can get my hands on a couple of 359 upgrades, that carry expertise, which ofc i will reforge to mastery.

well to answer with one word: Expertise. You'll need to have 26 expertise, otherwise any lvl 83 boss will dodge some of your attacks.

well, for a starter your expertise is low, you need 44 rating more. Your cloak could be replaced with the ilvl 213 one, and be enchanted. Head got no enchant, Feet got no enchant, and your offhand...
