but the rage gen changed that way that we are pretty depending on white hits.so even if we got 10k strength or so its useless if we got no rage or problems to get our rage to use our abilities...

hmmm but I think we should achieve those 23.33 rage right? (or get even close to it) so stacking haste is the only way to get close to it (after reaching hit hardcap) because I don't think there's...
