One thing I noticed this week from last that when working heroic LK (tanking) I took about a 2200 dps loss and noticed the threat loss associated with that loss as well.

Rend -Thunderclap sucks, piss poor mechanics and really not that effective. I'm not that impressed with it. Heroic-wise or threat-wise. Raiding it may give you a dps boost...all in all I'm thinking...
