Needing a proper healer will probably be necessary once you hit the mid 40s. My own project, Mierelle of TB, still can be rather boring in BRD if the tank is good, but her gear is solid.
At level 40, I'd probably go with the Glyphs of Cleave and Blocking. Cleave will undoubtedly be very useful in AoE tanking (tabbing through targets), and Blocking for the small bit of mitigation. ...
