What if they just allowed T14 drops to drop in later tiers and so on, but with a weekly cap on them so you don't feel inclined to go back and farm old content.

What about just looting a small portion of that person's gold(max 500-1500, also only for open world pvp)? This would give more incentive to initiate world pvp, give pvpers a way of making gold, and...
