Man, I'm disgusted just by reading all that. I advice you to get some german beer over there.

It's the other way around. Dodge from Agility does indeed affect DR, so you have to account for that when balancing your avoidance. That doesn't change the fact that Agility is a better defensive...
Strangely enough, this is true for Safety Catch Removal Kit and most pre-cata scopes, but not for R19 Threatfinder.
Sun Scope even says 'your ranged haste rating'. Weird, really.
Just tested it, and at least TC is NOT affected by ranged hit rating:

No misses for SW so far, but 104 is...
Well just to clarify, hit rating not only effects white attacks, of course. ;)
You just can't compare Blood Craze to a threat talent or Mending to a threat enchant that way, unless your healers go OOM just that few seconds before the end of the fight. Healing mechanics are more...
I don't have a link, but you can also just check any random WoL log with a warrior tank. Assuming the guy is not hit-capped. ;)
Shockwave can miss (and be blocked), but not be dodged or parried. The reason is that it is implemented as a ranged attack (which makes sense in a way). I remember a blue post back in Wrath sometime...
Yeah, I know Animals as Leaders, good stuff. Will definitely check out Periphery when I can... read the name once or twice already, have to give them a shot. There's actually quite a few young bands...
You can also use a tool like Rawr to get the calculations for maximizing avoidance done. Might save you some gold. ;)
Woops, totally missed this thread. Well, besides Meshuggah and other technical/prog metal bands like Textures, SikTH or Gojira also some 'lighter' prog stuff like Tool, Porcupine Tree, RATM....
Flensburger, red wine or japanese green tea. And listening to Meshuggah. ;)
I can't find anything about the str->parry conversion rate in there, so I assume it is still 4 Strength -> 1 Parry rating. Other than that, the table on EJ confirms the agi/dodge conversion rate of 1...
The second sentence is true. The first one is not, for all I know. Where do you have that information from?
No. While Agility might not be the go-for-stat for warrior tanks, it is far from useless, and from a defensive perspective, it's even a better stat than Strength.
For 100 Agility, you gain 0.23%...
That's right, but they changed the magic reduction part to 6 sec in the latest PTR build.
They're still useful for the range increase. If you have to maintain either buff, I'd totally take the appropriate glyph instead of Berserker Rage.
Auracle
He means 77.4%. ;)
Edit: Oh yeah well, reading is win. Scratch that.
Edit2: wtb cross out tags
Two things:
1. Last I checked, boss parry chance hasn't changed from 14% since Wrath, where do you get 17% from?
2. The +X Stamina buff needs to be updated to 585.
Koji, thanks for the explanation. And once again, much kudos to you for your work on the ProtWarr model, I'm looking forward to your next commit. And hoping for more regular updates of the live...
I've noticed the same thing while playing around with Rawr. However, as others have said, the strength of mastery is to smooth out the damage, even if you take a little more overall. Rawr doesn't...
I've started replacing my SBF frames with Auracle (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info12439-AuracleDeBuffMonitor.html).
Works fine so far.
Gonna miss SBF though. Big thanks to you, Satrina.
I'd take it in any serious raiding spec just for the 3% damage reduction on the other tank.
The Vengeance part is also very strong when you're offtanking.
I'm not in the Beta, but someone mentioned that the buff duration of Thunderstruck is only 10 seconds. Thunderclapping every 10 seconds instead of every 30 (or not at all, if you have someone else...
