If an item has 10% drop rate, it does not mean that you only have to run the instance 10 times and it will drop,...

bryntoll is better, gem expertise if you think your threat is low (although there really should be no need for it).

For the armor trinket, a good rule of thumb is go for it if you are over 40k unbuffed, if you are under then stamina is better for you in that slot

Dual wield threat is only worth it if you have a slow 1h for main hand at least, otherwise threat will be almost the same as using a 2h.

If the healer is good enough I just switch to fury and go to town, anywhere other than ICC dungeons its really easy since a fury warrior in high level gear is easily over 30k hp buffed.
