hi i dont know if its the right place to ask such question,
im wondering if i should buy VP tanking trinket or i should spend it on other gear?

and why my parry and dodge is so high?my stat priority is exp=hit>mastery, am i doing right atm?
Valor trinket would be a good option, but if you are shooting for exp=hit>mastery you need to go through all your reforges and revise most of them. You still have plenty of room to raise both of those to cap (especially expertise). You gain most of your parry through strength so your avoidance ratings are fine... if given a choice between reforging dodge or parry to exp I think the current metric at your gear lvl is parry = 2 x dodge so reforge dodge off your gear to get close to that.
