Considering I'm stealing wearing a couple of blues (weird, 333 blue next to a 397 O_o), that's not that bad imho.
Speaking of Vengeance, ProtWarBar has been updated to estimate your Shield Barrier size to supposedly within 100s of hit points. Also, ShieldHealth now shows Barrier's current value/what's left after damage. I found using both to be pretty valuable in heroics at least.
the thing is that our damage is entirely based on how hard the boss hits. sure we could do a perfect rotation or time recklessness to up it a bit, but even if you took a prot warrior in full greens his executes would hit just as hard as anyone elses.
actually, Str still adds AP, so that's a bit of extra.
On top of that, it's unmitigated damage, so a full 410 prot war gets more Vengeance out of the same actual DPS taken (which is what healers care about), so technicly, you COULD grab more packs in an heroic for extra Vengeance just to boost your Executes.

Rage changes are live, tooltips are not updated to reflect this on US servers. Not sure if the Unwavering Sentinel or D Stance changes are in yet or not. What's the percentage increase from 36015 to 45019? That's switching from Fury to Prot specs in tanking gear. If you can figure out that percentage it should tell us what Unwavering Sentinel is doing.

(45019-36015)/36015 = 25%

Challenging shout is gone (it was an AoE fixate, not an actual taunt). Mocking banner will work like a supercharger version of it.

Btw, can we start calling Shield Barrier 'SA' rather than SBar or Sbar? It's not used by anything else, and "Shield Absorb" makes more sense anyway :)
Calling it SA would be worse than explaining what ctc stands for every 3 days.

just so I use my racial on those big hits atleast (I do the same for Revenge and Shockwave/Dragon Roar, and will make one once I get Avatar/Bloodbath)
I guess something like...
/cast Disrupting Shout
/cast Safeguard
could be useful to move casters around? Maybe Heroic Leap instead of Safeguard?
Not much else you can do for macros, most of the abilities we use we don't macro on purpose.
