prot warrior dmg probs

hi im just wondering if any one has any advice or somthing to settle my mind about the dmg i take sometimes its not bad but seems more then the dk tank in my raid was wondering if i could do anything to help this al link a post of my char so u guys can have a look cheers

Change your meta to the Eternal shadow spirit one, don't use stam trinkets till you have 102.4%CTC. get the glyph of demo shout, and keep both Demo shout and TC up 100% of the time
