Anyone knows a good addons for all the achievement when encounter certain raids or anything?

Firstly, this topic belongs in the user interface and macros forum, making threads in the correct locations means less work for the Mods.

Can you define what you need a bit closer, all I can do right now is point you in the direction of the wowinterface "character advancement" section.
