Tank in desperate need of help with stats?

Looking for some help on reforging and geming for stats for both 5mans and 10man raiding normals for now that is, been having difficult time with either survival or with threat, its been kinda a hogwash episode to continue to keep reforging, re-geming to what i see are stats to build apon, but each time i lose either too much threat or too much survival stats, i was also wondering best choices to spec into some bosses or adds stun tank which its help full to have those talents in there but plse if you have a way to help constructively please share the wisdom.

In general though you should not need threat stats at all with a proper "rotation" especially in raids with md/tricks on the pull.

Let's see:

Specc: You want Deep Wounds and Incite for sustained threat and you can't affort wasting 3 poins on Second Wind (pvp talent, granting 10.000 hitpoints for a tank with 200k raidbuffed over 10 seconds while on a frost nova/roots) and Blood Craze (only has a reasonable procc rate on add fights but even then the healing is only slender). Regarding Impending Victory, unless they change it to procc outside of the execute range it just sucks, don't bother with it.
Glyphs: Shockwave is an awesome gylph for trash, don't miss on it. Swap Thunderclap with Shieldwall if needed. You missed on the important minor Glyphs entirely and should change that ASAP. For 5 mans Intim. Shout is noteworthy as a reasonable CC.
3) Survivability
- Up your mastery in exchange for threat stats, gemming for yellow=mastery (fractured), blue=stam/mastery (puissant) and red=parry/mastery (fine).
- Up your Shieldblock time, it helps a lot reducing smoothing out the damage.
- Work on your Tol Barad Reputation, you want the trinket badly as an additional magical cooldown.
For additional informations: You haven't killed a raidboss yet, did you even try it? If so, where was the problem? Did you know when a cooldown was needed? If nothing was ready, did you ask your healers for it?

ok i see you have good points um yes i have taken down raid bosses aka baraden hold at least twice now and im new into tanking for raids so the info is much apreciated also as to threat stats(hit,expertise) most times at least we do not have hunter for MD's or a Rogue for tricks so its why i went with some of those threat stats but guse i will need to find those to fill in raid for better midegation stats.
