Dk pvp tank gemming

I'm relatively new to pvp and recently started rated bg's. I was asked by my raid leader to go tank (as I pve tank for our guild) as with the holidays we have lost a few tanks. However, I was a bit to squishy according to the healers and wanted to know what would be the best way to gem/enchant.
Any tips for how to tank in pvp would be awesome to.

Stick your pvp gear on and logout mate ;)

Or if that is your pvp tank gear, gear up in full vicious (honour point gear) and stack resi, resi & more resi.
