ok so what exactly was this hotfix for?

that was posted 3 days ago.which is the exact same thing i get about 90 percent or more of the time i queue up for bgs.i was assuming the no longer getting stuck or crashing while in battleground or arena queue was suppose to fix that problem

i havent queued up for bgs in a long time cuz i recently made a mage and i just got lvl 10 yesterday but im still in the goblin starting zone and i cant do anything.but i thought that hotfix was suppose to fix that problem
