Blood and Thunder + Deep Wounds

Will Blood Thunder spread Deep Wounds same as normal Rend? And is Rend really needed in a rotation anymore after obtaining Deep Wounds?

No it won't. And rend is never part of a rotation. It's only used as a setup for blood and thunder.

Rend once, clap afterwards.
Deep Wounds has no interaction with any other talent or ability for Prot Warriors.

If CB, HT, and SW are all on CD, Rend is your next ability of choice on the Threat priority for filling the 4th GCd after an SS, if you have a 30% bleed damage buff.

Well it has an interaction with Cruelty and Incite for example. Since it procs from crits and those talents increase your crits (or even garantee a second crit).

I think he means that deep wounds doesn't help any other ability, it only comes from crits, but good point none-the-less.

Interaction: a mutual or reciprocal action or influence.

Deep Wounds is always consequence, never a cause.
Compare to e.g. Sword & Board, which allows Devastate to change the amount of Shield Slam you use, which then again affects the amounts of Devastates you can do. Therefor, the amount of Devastates & Shield Slams you do are both cause & consequence.

But perhaps "passive" would be a better description, as it does not change your gameplay in any way, it merely provides more and/or bigger numbers.
