Which 359 boots for a SMF Warrior?

Hello to all,
I need an advice on choosing my dps boots.
Actually I've got http://www.wowhead.com/item=56381, and its a very good piece. But now I can afford an upgrade, and I can take one between http://www.wowhead.com/item=58195 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=59464.
1st costs around 10k and 2nd around 21k. I know treads are better because mastery instead of haste, but is worth 11k golds difference?

I'm a SMF Warrior. Hit and exp capped.

For SMF i would say it's not worth the gold. Mastery isn't all that wonderful and reforging the haste to hit above the cap would be fine. More hit might even be better come next patch. Either is a nice upgrade on the blue item.

Treads are definitely the better option, but 21k gold for a very small upgrade isnt worth it. Find a better use for the gold and buy valor boots when you have the points for them. Or wait for a drop out of raids. Unless of course you are bleeding gold, then by all means spend the cash.

If you can afford them, treads are superior. On my server I got em for 15k, just watch the AH if you have the time to wait a few days.
