ARMS WARRIOR STRONGARMS addon not working

:(Hi guys, some advice please.
Since new patch, Strongarms addon not working, which is the core of rend timer / GCD as as far as Im concerned it was the best, simpliest and easiest to play.

Quartz is viable but nowhere hear as good, someone mentioned Spellflash but needs an IT expert to download its two conjoined files to trigger it (im not IT savy).

What are you other ARMS guys using? Need some advice please?

You can use Power Auras. Requires some configuration, but I found it easy to get the hang of.

I have my buffs/debuffs tracked through satrina buff frames.
