Macro help

Pre 4.0.1 I was using macros to attach rune strike to my various abilities (heart strike, obliterate, etc.), but since the patch, my rune strike isn't going off as a part of my macro which I will list below, did blizzard wipe their functionality?

Macro:

#showtooltip (original ability)
/cast original ability
/cast Rune Strike

I'm dumb, disregard this, just looked at Satorri's guide again, lol.
