ok i think im doing everything right. im hit capped expertise capped doing my rotation right i think... i checked land souls spread sheet max dps and everything with my gear says i should be doing 8.5k. but i only seem to be able to pull about 3.4k dps on heroic training dummy's and in icc i only pull about 6.8k.

expertise gems even tho expertise is 10 higher than what you need.
You have passive 84% arpen, replace NES with something else(Banner of victory).
Frankly your armory cries about you not being serious about your gearing
I know about the expertise i just received the blade of culling and havent been able to drop the new gems yet doing that today. As far as enchants go i know ive been lazy, but thank you for the advice about the banner i didn't know i should change. :o

Your problems are all stemming from laziness, your metagem wasn't even activated! Without making you upgrade any gear, i redid your whole setup in chardev, and got your stats much better. You now at 5k attack power and 100% armor pen, with all other stats similar to boot ( you use expertise food in raids with my setup and not needed in heroics at all, since they have lower expertise needs), the optional change is the boots enchant, i prefer speed/stam but icewalker or attack power are fine choices too. If you really wanted, could also tweak the gemming so that you are expertise capped from gems, and then use armor pen food, but I think thats a worse choice imo.
The only gear change i made was trinkets, but that banner is so easy to get, just dont let a green geared pala beet you in a roll :P (happened to me once, and i had to sweet talk , failed bribe (wrong server)and then confuse with theorycrafting to make him hand it over).
PS If you have the gold to spare, buy the ToC Bs bracers , the ICC Bs boots and the Boe icc shoulders (to make up lost hit)
