Offtanking BQL is one of the hardest jobs that any tank will come across at this point in WoW's development. This guide takes you through one of the many options offtanks have in dealing with the difficulty of this fight.
The key is fear ward and hypergems. As you can see, my priests did not come through for me in this attempt and I lost valuable time by having to Berserk and reposition.

I can also put up 6k DPS without getting a bite thankyouverymuch. I think 8k is my personal record (something like top 25 on world of logs for bears) though I had to bribe one of my DPS to bite me in the 3rd round (still trying to get someone to make me the second vamp but haven't been able to convince them yet). Basically, anything to make an easy farm fight more interesting...
