Now i know the normal shopping list puts me buying a sentinels cloak first with frost but i need to know with me already owning

I think the Verdigris Chain Girdle should be on your shopping list over the Corroded Key, and the Glyph should be paired with The Black Heart from ToC (can't check armory).
I have a black heart but on magic fights i will be left with resorting to my essence of gossamer. i missed the belt option completely

There was a nice shopping list done and linked in numerous threads here which works for a general list. However, you also need to account for personal selections. By that, I don't mean personal preference, although this is a game and I think you should take that into account, but rather, based on your current gear.
Try to find the EH formula. Go for the upgrade that makes the biggest EH difference. The reason so many recommend the Cloak as a first purchase is because it is BiS unless you get to 25m hard modes. BiS is always great as it is BiS, however, IMO, more stats > BiS. I take the biggest upgrade first.
EDIT:
This would also be the best way, IMO, for choosing between Tier and non-tier pieces. My guild will likely not get to do 25m or hard modes if I am being realistic. Therefore, the non-tier is clearly better in every slot. For this reason, I am building a non-tier set with the T10 helm and shoulders.
