Itandir DK Frost Tanking

Hi, ive decided to get advice from you, becouse i see friendly guys here, becouse feedback required :)

so my problem is that ive get heavy dmg in som dungeons (especially in 3.3.0), and im really gettin frustated, couse a healers havin as problems with keepin me alive. Its all about it. I dont have much problems with keepin aggro or with threat.
some tank advised me, that ive should higher my armor. But pallys tank from my guild tellin me, that i need to boost parry and dodge.
Why some pallys tank is gemming with strenght?


And should i go blood or stay on Dw frost?
