Frost Emblem cloaks for Fury

I've already got my 2pc T10 dps bonus, and I was planning on buying one of the frost emblem cloaks next. My question is which cloak would benefit me more: Recovered Scarlet Onslaught Cape - Item - World of Warcraft or Might of the Ocean Serpent - Item - World of Warcraft (assuming I'm 26/26 exp and 40% crit in zerk stance with 2pc T9). Thanks for any input.

i would go with might of the ocean serpent. yes it has expertise on it but you will replace your ranged weapon in icc and then you will be low on expertise again. right now, the agi cloak is better, but why pay 60 frost badges for a cloak that you will probably replace once you pick up a better ranged item?

edit: you can replace that 20 expertise gem in your belt as well with the str cloak.
