Trying to Download Cont. Addon packages Problem.

So, I follow the steps exactly and do everything correctly but when I go to profiles their profile is not there.. what do I do:(

what addon packages are you trying to install? Can you link please?

Did you setup the WTF correctly or are those addons enabled?

That one.. They are enabled. THe flaw may be that I am doing the bnet email and not the original one? Is that one possible reason?

Any help? I really want to have a good UI:*(

yes.
the "account name" subfolder in the WTF has to be your original account name, not the bnet email address account name.
