I see Xav uses Forte for his cooldowns in latest download. You use something else . What is the name of the addon you use?

Most of the UI's in this forum do not have download links.

Darksend, what is your castbar addon please? You have the VERY big yellow cast bar for boss cast bars, which is awesome. What addon is that please? It's not shown in our screenies.

what is the name of the NamePlates and cast bar addon you use @ LK10 man Video (the slimish nameplates) been trying to configure different nameplate addons to look like that but i failed :( (if its Caelhealbars) couldnt find it anywhere. thx for the help nway.

hmmm is there a straightforward way to config nameplates so the bar looks the same as in the vid?

nope, and do not ask me how to do it either, the lack of an in-game GUI or for that matter any in-game config means:


"the only reason I have this mod is because I saw a friends UI SS and told him to send it to me configured like his already because I fail at LUA"

Darksend are you running an older version of caelNamePlates?

I really liked that version in your screen shot and I know how to alter it in the .lua, unfortunately I cannot seem to replicate the look. The author has made changes to it since then so their current download is not the same.

Any chance you could post the .lua file in a pm to me for it?

Its in word format, so all you would have to do is open the .lua for caelNamePlates, select all, copy, and then paste into the PM.

Ill sort out the rest.

I have the version from the site linked above. I looked at the caelnameplates.LUA file, and I made these changes for a big yellow castbar that looks similar,

(line 97) edit: self.castBar:SetHeight(25) -- (increasing the number makes a thicker line, default is 5)
in the FixcastBar routine, (line 136) edit: self.SetHeight(25)

I'm not really concerned with the cast bar, but the skin and settings of the health bars on the name plates.

its a much older version so I dont think that will help you much
