We don't know what you want advice ON. What problem are you having? what's giving you the idea you need advice? Also can't help you with tanking if you're logged in your arms gear and spec. Sorry.

You quoted your avoidance numbers, so that indicates you want advice about your tanking gear/spec. The spec can be seen even though you're currently arms speccd, but you should really log out in your tank gear if you want advice on it.

Put a little more effort in your post if you want people to put effort into their replies.

I can tell you one thing, only having one point in anticipation is wrong. 1% avoidance per talent point is HUGE.
