except that it's LUI and not TukUI...
his UI changed to TukUI about half way through. was LUI before
I was wondering if anyone knew the addon that showed Boss health on the mid-right of the screen in the video. It switched to the active bosses healths during the fight. I dont like the default one very cause they are too small and don't have any info. Thx

On the character called Driiper, the balance druid, he has a bar along the top of his screen, and some lines around his scree, they look kinda neat, and I've seen them before, what are they called? :)
There's also the tank called Tatsi, he has a big grey bar along the bottom, I thought it was skinner but it was broken on curse.
Would be nice if someone could link me a working download of Skinner as of 4.0.6, aswell as give me the other names :)
the bar/the UI is called LUI

not sure about the skinner.
I have made my self a nice iu but somtimes at bossfights i get empty frames. i tried a macro to check what frame it is but it says world frame. the macro (-/print GetMouseFocus():GetName()-) does work on al other frames. My first guess is pitbull4 but maybe its a problem you heard off.

that looks like a partially deactivated pitbull boss frame
type
/fstack
and mouseover the frame for it's name.
Sup all, I am healing on a Druid and I was wondering if there was an addon that can track my lifebloom on someone without me having to click on them to check their buffs to see the time left on that spell. Also an addon that can show which targets are Swiftmendable.
Well, there are several addons that will do so.
There's Grid, which I wouldn't recommend. You can custimize it to the extreme, however, you need several addons to keep this raidframe addon up and running, and they are updated by multiple authors, and when you're missing one, you're screwed.
Vuhdo looks kinda like Grid, and it's what I use. It's a breeze to set up, and you get all you need in one addon. For Grid to have the same functionality you need up to 6 aditional addons. I feel this is the raidframes made for healers.
There's Healbot aswell, they look weird, but basically gives you what Vuhdo does, but offers less custimization, which is a breeze on Vuhdo anyways.
Healbot and Vuhdo gives you all the stuff you asked for and presents it to you by default, and the menus are logical and offer all you want.
Grid basically is a pain but allows you to do whatever you want.
You know, tracking HoTs is something the base UI raid frames does as well. Granted how it does it isn't as customizable.
Well there are serrious issues with the default UI.
1. The HoT duration is hard to see.
2. The default raidframe can only show 3 HoTs
3. If a party/raid-member is a druid, bear form, enrage, etc. will take up a HoT spot.
4. If you happen to cast regrowth, rejuvenation, then wild growth for example, you won't see WG's duration.
5. The raid frame just feels giant, and when you go 25-man, there's no real way to prevent it from turning into a big box that takes up 1/5 of your screen.
I'm sure I can think of more later...
GET VUHDO, IT'S NOT HARD ^^
Yes. "How" the base UI displays information is the least flexible. It does display it but doesn't provide the same level of flexibility as an addon may.
This is one issue, not three separate issues regarding the limit to how many HoTs can be displayed. You can disable HoTs from other players from showing preventing you from having the issue with others taking up your limited display spots. And there are only three HoTs in which the duration is relevant. Rejuvenation, Regrowth, and Lifebloom. Wild Growth duration is irrelevant because the duration is less than the cooldown. You can't make the choice to cast it again even if you wanted to. The only information gained from Wild Growth tracking is that there is at least one HoT present on the target activating your mastery, however you only need to be able to see one HoT in order to have that information.
Yes, this is the same issue as the first. Again, "how" the base UI presents its information is very rigid. Addons will generally provide significantly more flexibility in how this information is presented.
I'm not disagreeing that people shouldn't use addons. I'm just pointing out that you are severely overstating the flaws in the base UI by either not fully understanding its functionality or redundant issues.
Nothing in your post disproves what I said in the prior post... the person asked for ways to track if HoTs are present on targets. And the base UI does in fact do that. Whether or not VuhDo, Grid, Healbot, or any other addon does it "different" is irrelevant. Nothing you have said disproves what I have said. You are simply trying to sell your point of view because no other point of view is valid. Even in your original post you say Grid you wouldn't recommend. You ever take a look at download counts and compare them between Grid and VuhDo? I think there are a lot more Grid users out there than VuhDo users who would disagree with your oppinion. Just because someone doesn't share your viewpoint, doesn't mean they are wrong.
Would be very grateful if someone could identify the cooldown/dot tracker used in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3iFfUo3oBU
About 2 minutes in you see it, tracking colossus smash and rend.
