Just a bit of help.
First off hi everyone, ive read these forums for a long time but finally registered to ask a question thats been boggling me completely. Here is my armory link The World of Warcraft Armory
My question is the 2 red sockets in my chest and bracers. Should i stick with my 8 expertise 12 stam gems or switch them out for 24 stam gems.
So 16 exp 4 defense 6 dodge rating vs 24 stam...
This is probably a completely trivial question to some, but every little .0001% is important to me. If theres anything else you notice in my armory link feel free to critique that as well.
Yea, keep it. Personally I would replace some of your other +24 stams with +8 exp/12 stams since you have about 5 or so other ones, and you have more then enough hp.
This is interesting as you have nearly identical gear to what I have. I am still waiting on the helm from KT and the boots from Thadius and have every other piece of gear that you do but have itemized slightly differently leaving other things in the bank.
I decided to optimize very differently from you and attempt to hit both the hard expertise cap and hit cap while keeping some minimums:
Here was my goal:
2 Piece T7.5 Bonus
No expertise or hit from trinkets so that I can switch to pure dps trinkets such as Crit, Str, etc for fights light Patch and maintain expertise/hit caps with just the loss of some HP
My Current Armory
I am missing 2 things from meeting this goal and am just waiting on some Nax drop luck:
Valorous Dreadnaught Greathelm - Item - World of Warcraft from KT
Sabatons of Endurance - Item - World of Warcraft from Thadius
Once I have those I will do the following:
1. Replace my head while using the same gems
2. Replace my boots and keep same enchant
3. Replace my 8 expertise / 12 stam gem in my chest for a 16 expertise
4. Switch to the shoulders I already have sitting in my bank Pauldrons of Unnatural Death - Item - World of Warcraft that also have a 27 expertise JC gem in them
That will provide me with approximately:
274 hit (with hit food)
2 Piece T7.5 Bonus (Head & Chest)
Just thought I would throw that out there for comparison purposes since you said you wanted to look at every .0001% and I have been doing the same thing. The only thing that is cheating a bit is the fact that I am an Orc and get 5 expertise bonus just for being secksy so you might have to offset some of that by using Barricade of Eternity - Item - World of Warcraft if you wanted to get closer to the expertise hard cap.
