Tanking staff 3.0.8

Yo again guys

I was sitting around at work doing nothing ;p and was thinking which of the two feral staffs from Naxx 10 will be best for tanking and which one for DPS? Since atm the armor on the staff from heigan is GIEF with capital letters ;) And the other has nice expertise. Soooo anyone did any math on them? Ps can't check wowhead at work so no links :(

Armor. I'm surprised people still wonder.

Armor nerf from weapons though, will the armor still be better?
