Easy to obtain tanking gear at 80

I am looking to swap mains from priest to a druid for tri-spec coverage. I plan to level as a tank and here is what I am looking to get as soon as I hit 80, before hitting naxx. All of the items are crafted or quest items.

1. Chest - Exotic Leather Tunic - Item - World of Warcraft
2. Feet - Black Chitinguard Boots - Item - World of Warcraft
3. Hands - Handwraps of Preserved History - Item - World of Warcraft
4. Head - Headguard of Retaliation - Item - World of Warcraft
5. Legs - Dark Arctic Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft
6. Shoulders - Shoulderpads of Fleshwerks - Item - World of Warcraft
7. Waist - Trollwoven Girdle - Item - World of Warcraft
8. Wrist - Njorndar Furywraps - Item - World of Warcraft
9. Cloak - Durable Nerubhide Cape - Item - World of Warcraft

I used wowhead to filter out items between level 75 and 80.

There are other items that are slightly better, but they all have the RNG factor (5 man drops), which I am looking to avoid. Any comments?

Nice list you got yourself there, but with the new changes who knows when things could change for us feral tanks.
