I'd appreciate any comments, advice, direction on gear choice stats etc.

I am currently in a guild that is raiding Karazhan... with our best efforts to date being Shade down and Prince at 8%.

I'm sure you are already saving up for a set of badge legs, and possibly some +12 stamina gems for the belt. +2% Threat for the gloves cant hurt or a stamina/armour kit.
