I use Bartender to format my action bar into the right columns and rows, then Button Facade to skin it. I use eePanels to create the lines to separate my add-ons with the blue lines.

Hey there.

I was looking at your UI pic, and im just wondering what action bar adodon it is you are using? Ive been lookign all over curse and wowinterface and cant seemt o find a matching design. Also can i ask the name of the addon that created the lines accross your screen separating omen ect?
