Thanks for the tip, I actually went to Shadowmoon Valley to the top part, there are 3 towers each having 4 warlocks casting a beam onto the towers. If you kill a warlock at one of these towers atleast one will automatically respawn. It's rare that there is less than 2 mobs there and you can farm endlessly. I made around 400 cloth in an hour, they drop greens and 9-15 silver each so it's a great spot.

I noticed you were farming netherweave.

I found that the area of Skettis isn't a bad place to look. While it may not be ideal for just the cloth, you should consider going there for the other things that drop there, which can all be used for reputation with the skyguard.
Of course, the mobs killed there yield reputation as well (which is nice if you plan on getting it up.)
I'm going to assume you know about the shadow dusts, and summoning Terrok (which people may want to do if they plan on farming a time lost figurine.)

Like I said, maybe not the best place for just netherweave, but it's a good place to farm, there's a town really close, and when using one of those elixirs, there's plenty of mobs.
