We currently, and always to be honest, hold open enrollment for adult raid aware players. We do not recruit based on the "we need X" model but on the "we have Y and Z so lets build a group to suit them" model. We are receptive to recieving applications from individuals who would like to come work as a member of a team and progress together. Cataclysm is really exciting in this manner.
