Keep Rend active, but don't over use it. try to use Rend as little as possible, but without ever allowing to be expire off the boss. Easier said than done, it takes practice. The rest, you will figure out. Just keep a tight rotation, do not slack on dps. Always push your rotation hard and fire off as many attacks as your rage allows for, as quickly as it allows for.
