I've been scouting around for good addons for healing. Currently I'm using healbot, which is ok, but I would like something that I could customize more for my playstyle, which is utility and emergency healing (which is why I am a shammy). I don't top the healing meters that way, but my ego isn't driven by being number one. I only look at meters to evaluate how effective my various heals had been.
I use healbot to supplement my current healing tactics. I use the addon Grid to show my health bars, and I just click names and push buttons. Healbot only helps if I'm starting to lag down some and am not sure if my heals are hitting the way they should, so I'd just make a few precautionary clicks on there and hope things calm down lag-wise.
I'm new to grid, call me a noob, but I just don't get it. I read how to use grid but, I'm still lost, can someone link me a site for dummies if there is one. I'm using Healium atm.
