An Update.

This past weekend I was fully prepared to do the switch, but alas we had only 2 capable tanks show up which meant I stuck with the normal raid schedule. I am still certain I will make the switch next week.

I think the key factor lies in the size of your raid roster, and thus compeitition. A few "backups" in addition to the regular 25 works wonders. In the fear of getting benched, I don't think they will complain much about doing progression rather than farming. Of course, if the majority of your raid members dislikes progression, I think we need some education. Are we looting to face future challenges? Or are we facing challenges for loots?
