just wondering if there is some addon out there that gives mob info in a way that it tells ya what it is and what kinda CC (if applicable) can be applied.
lately ive been having the issue of going back to some heroics i havent done in ages and forgetting what mobs can get what CC or what abilities they have that might need adjustment. my marking is rusty as is and not remembering instances can make things slower than it needs to be.
if there wasnt one out there i was thinking of just creating my own. where a mouseover would give you some basic tanking info on the mob and maybe even mark as needed.

I'm not sure it can do exactly what you want, but MobInfo gives you an incredible amount of info (on mouseover as you requested).

MagicMaker, MobNotes and MobSpells, all Ace addons.

Mobnotes has notes for most raid trash and lets you add your own notes.

Mobspells records spells a mob casts, its database starts off empty but abilities are automatically recorded when a mob uses an ability.

mobnotes looks like it can handle what i want. i just need refresher notes on some trash pulls when marking.
